Terms of Service

The Agreement between You and Faysal Ahammed

By hiring me or using this website, you agree to the following terms. I keep things simple: I promise to do great work, and you promise to be a great client.

1. The Services

I provide SEO optimization, WordPress development, and AI integration services. The specific scope of work (what I will do) will always be agreed upon in writing (via email or proposal) before we start.

2. Payments & Schedules

For custom projects:

Deposits: A 50% deposit is typically required to secure my time and start the build.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final transfer of credentials.
Late Fees: Please pay on time. I reserve the right to pause work if invoices are outstanding.

3. SEO & Ranking Guarantees

Important: No one controls Google. While I use industry-leading "White Hat" techniques to maximize your chances of ranking, I cannot legally or ethically guarantee a specific spot (e.g., "Rank #1 in 24 hours"). Beware of anyone who does.

4. Intellectual Property

Once the project is fully paid for, you own the website. I do not hold your code hostage. You own the content, the design, and the accounts. I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio (unless you ask for an NDA).

5. Scope Creep

"Scope Creep" is when a project starts growing beyond the original plan. If you need extra features or pages that weren't in the original agreement, I am happy to do them, but they will be billed as a separate add-on.

6. Termination

If things aren't working out, either of us can cancel the project. If I cancel, I will refund you for unfinished work. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the time I've already invested.
